-Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.

This statement appears on every car passenger mirror.

I am a little late getting to this post this week. We had a friend pass away in his sleep at the age of 52. It is a little hard to put together a cheery post when you are living with a heavy heart and just completely shocked. After living through breast cancer you would think I would remember that the end of life is sometimes closer than it appears. Not a cheery subject this time of year, but it can be if we remember to live life to the fullest each day, give with your whole heart, say "I love you" everyday to those we care about, and  don't leave those dreams until tomorrow for tomorrow may not come. Our friend was full of life, had an amazing smile, and a fun sense of humor. Quite a legacy I would say. Thank you Ray for touching our lives here on Earth - you will not be forgotten.  Rest in Peace.

To another Mini Cooper enthusiast, I can only say-
" Motor on Ray, Motor on."
