The Last Corner

The last corner of the CQ block is started. I love the blue flower (Bachelor Button),

but decided the petals were close to that of the red flower (Monarda).

The pink flower(Columbine) is the winner of the last corner.

The first petals are in place. The dimensional quality of the flower is created by ruched petals.
Only leaves and flower center is left. Then framing. I can't believe the blocks are almost done.
Until next time...

  1. Time to start musing over the next project (if you haven't done so already!).

The aquilegea/columbine/grannies bonnet is going to be perfect.
